Happy birthday, John Mitchum! To celebrate, we have a very special extra treat for you, Old Soul family! Pull up a chair and join in our celebratory jamboree as we welcome Cindy Mitchum—daughter of the legendary John Mitchum and niece of the iconic Robert Mitchum. Together, Cindy and Emma flip through the pages of John’s memoir, Them Ornery Mitchum Boys, tracing the brothers' incredible journey from their humble East Coast roots and cross-country wanderings all the way to the glitz, glam, and grit of Old Hollywood. Cindy opens up her family album to share intimate tales, rare personal memories, and what her father and uncle were really like once the directors yelled cut. We are so touched to bring you these warm, personal glimpses behind the silver screen characters we all know and love—we just know you’re going to adore this one! Want to read along? You can grab your own copy of Them Ornery Mitchum Boys by John Mitchum by requesting it at your favorite local bookstore, or by purchasing at Target or Amazon or Barnes & Noble.
